The location was fantastic, with many restaurants and shops nearby.
I had requested a quiet room but was disturbed by loud noises from the hallway. My room overlooked an interior corridor, feel a bit claustrophobic. The breakfast options were limited, disappointing considering the overall experience.

appreciated my good stay especially during winter time. this hotel was located in a central area very close to the thyssen-bornemisza and reina sofia museums, the center of madrid, and the museo del prado, which is also close to the thyssen-bornemisza and reina sofia museums. and it was relatively near restaurante botin, ate there couple of times.

Simply great hotel in a great place (in the tapas quarter 5 min walk to Sol) to discover Madrid. The room was clean and comfortable. Everybody is so furthersome in reception and speak English much more better than spanish people generally. I recommend it for everybody
The bed should be changed because the mattress was so used (it was like a bath-tub a bit. The variety of buffet breakfast was excellent on Friday but it was restricted to Monday (out of bread, warm food, water, cheese, etc.)

Location is outstanding. Staff very friendly and helpful, fluent in English.Very nice breakfast buffet with fruit, cheese ham, cereals, bakery items... Great value for money. We were travelling one couple plus one single, all 60+. The single person got an upgrade to a double room, without us having asked for it. Highly recommended.

Our family, including 4 young kids, loved the walkable location that put us close to all the sights. The staff was so friendly and helpful, made exploring Madrid so much easier. The rooms were comfy and perfect for resting after a long day.
My kids wished for more activities .

The front desk staff was helpful. Good variety for breakfast. Internet was very fast and available inside our room.
The hotel is pretty and boasts of hardwood floors, however they are very noisy and not padded well. The hotel isn't very insulated well either. We heard every noise and conversations in the rooms around us as if they were inside our room. We were grateful that the room had an extra door but it didn't really block out much of the hallway noises. The room was also listed as a double, however it was two twin beds pushed together but made up as twin beds.
